Welcome to Dance Gallery’s new on line registration!
There will be many questions and we will work through them with you. You can still sit down with us and register but we think once you are familiar with this process it will make your lives easier to register on line and have on-line access to your account. We will always be open to discussing which class options are right for you and your student. As with starting anything new there will be some bumps in the road. We ask for your patience and understanding as we travel down this new path together.
There are four steps for the registration process. All families / students will need to go through them.
1. Set up the family information
2. Set up information for each student in the family. When you enter the student's birth date in the set up information only classes that are age appropriate will be displayed.
3. Enroll student in classes by clicking on them
4. Payment. The registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. If you want to pay by check instead of credit card please let us know.
If payment is not made the day of enrollment the classes will be automatically dropped at the end of the day.
If that does happens please contact us and we can reset the dropped classes.
We are accepting trimester payments for tuition. The amounts you will see under "Charge Amount" are for 3 months of tuition per class. The payment due dates are:
- At the time of registration
- December 1, 2010
- March 1, 2010
We are introducing a new option for Unlimited monthly classes. The cost is $225 per month. If you wish to chose this option enroll in your desired classes and contact us and we will adjust the tuition accordingly. We have simplified the multiple class and family discount calculation into one number and we have increased the discount to 12%. The discount will apply for two or more classes per student. The discount is on the second class and additional classes. When the discount is calculated the most expensive class is excluded. Discounts apply to regular class only and not competition groups, private lessons or other fees.
